Affiliate disclosure

How this site may earn money.

Practical Desk Lab may earn a commission when readers purchase through clearly marked affiliate links, at no additional cost to the reader.

Our affiliate relationships

Practical Desk Lab participates in affiliate programs, including programs managed through PartnerBoost. When an article contains commissionable links, a disclosure appears before or next to the first commercial recommendation.

What an affiliate link means

If you click a marked affiliate link and complete a qualifying purchase, the retailer, brand or affiliate network may pay us a commission. The price you pay is not increased because of that commission. Prices, availability and eligibility can change after publication.

Editorial independence

Commercial availability does not determine a conclusion. We may cover a product without an affiliate program, decline to recommend a commissionable product, compare it with a non-commissionable alternative, or explain why a reader should skip it.

Evidence labels

Our current commercial coverage is research-based. Manufacturer specifications, support documents and dated marketplace signals do not replace hands-on testing. We do not claim personal use unless a documented hands-on process has occurred.

Samples and other relationships

Free samples, sponsorships, discounts or other material relationships will be disclosed where readers encounter the related coverage. Questions may be sent to hello@practicaldesklab.com.
